Jade Presents, a cornerstone of live entertainment in the Fargo, Moorhead, West Fargo (FMWF) area, is excited to unveil its latest venture, UP District Festival Field. Situated at 1329 5th Ave N and covering 1.37 acres (59,677 square feet), this open-air venue is poised to meet the growing need for outdoor events during the summer months. Zoned for Downtown Mixed Use (DMU), the venue is designed with a plethora of features, including multiple concession stands, a casual grassy field for attendees, options for folding chairs and blankets, elevated bleacher seating and designated areas for pre- and post-show gatherings with seating available.

In collaboration with 701 Collective LLC, Jade Presents is set to transform this area into a dynamic center for music, art, and community connection. UP District Festival Field is envisioned as a sustainable, responsible, and inclusive space that embraces family-friendly events and showcases the rich musical diversity of our community. This summer, we anticipate bringing 10-15 spectacular shows, ranging from local talents to national sensations, across a variety of genres to our audience.

Operational and management efforts will be spearheaded by Jade Presents LLC, ensuring a safe, enjoyable and successful experience for all attendees, with detailed planning across crowd control, medical services, noise, waste and traffic management.
