Bernie’s Bacon & Beer Festival, Fargo Brewing, Nova Eatery and Jade Presents are excited to bring you the tastiest takeout event experience: Bacon & Beer in a Box. Nova Eatery, located in Fargo Brewing Company, is Fargo’s newest culinary adventure from the owner and operators of Luna and Sol Ave. Kitchen. Nova Eatery is creating bacon-inspired dishes, designed for two, and is pairing them with some of Fargo Brewing’s most unique beers. This takeout event also features live premiere concerts from Matty J and Friends & SonnieWaters!

Boxes contain food for two, two Bernie’s Bacon & Beer Festival pint glasses, a mixed six-pack, Bernie’s Bacon & Beer Festival pint glasses and easy reheating instructions to be done in the comfort of home.

Pairings:

• Bacon rillette with black garlic crostini’s paired with Fargo Original, a traditional unfiltered German-style lager.
• Bacon knoephla soup with yellow split peas paired with Iron Horse, a Northwest-style pale ale with floral and tropical notes.
• BBQ’d bacon burnt ends paired with Toe Dipper, a DIP hopped IPA with a super juicy and aromatic medley of flavors like mango, guava and citrus with a slightly herbal note.
• Bacon & sweet potato tater tot hotdish paired with Stone’s Throw, a Scottish ale with a dark, complex and smooth with notes of toffee, caramel and toasted breadcrumb.
• Bacon & chèvre cheesecake paired with Bramble On, a fruited kettle sour with blackberry, raspberry and vanilla.
• Bacon pretzel pralines paired with Kenny’s Lemonade, a lemon Radler, not too tart and not too sweet.

Artist Bios:
Matty J & Friends is based in Fargo, ND and formed through a desire to play music with as many different musicians as possible! When not performing with his band The Human Element or with his wife in Significant Others, Matty uses this platform to touch on everything from Hip Hop to Bluegrass. It’s a way of having no limitations on the music he wants to perform!

SonnieWaters is a Family Folk-Rock band from Bismarck, ND.
