The Moody River Band is proud to release their new album Big Bad World at the Sanctuary Events Center on Saturday, March 31st from 7 – 11 PM. This album was recorded by Steve Albini and Greg Norman at Electrical Audio in Chicago, IL and mastered by John Golden at Golden Mastering in Ventura, CA.

A labor of love stretching back to 2011, these are the last recorded songs by founding member Cody Conner, who passed away in 2012. It took the band some time to be able to revisit these songs after losing their friend, but they are happy to be able to share them with the public.

The members consist of Tom Peckskamp on guitar, banjo, and vocals; Charlie Young on guitar and vocals; Matt Monson on bass and vocals; Corey Krueger on drums; Steve Wallavand on trombone; Zach Kobrinsky on saxophone; and John Evans on lead guitar. The show will also feature the talents of Mike Holtz and Loy Larson as well as the resurrection of The Legendary Duffy’s Jukebox.

Drummer Corey Krueger encourages the whole family to come along for this celebration of Big Bad World: “This is an all ages event with a full bar, so load up grandma and the kids and come on down to the Sanctuary Events Center for an Easter dance party,” he said.
