Thursday, March 19th Update:
As our daily lives continue to be transformed by the outbreak of the coronavirus (COVID-19) and in keeping with local government guidelines, Jade Presents is working on re-scheduling as many concerts as possible. The well-being of team members, customers and their families remains of utmost importance. Jade Presents will continue to monitor the situation and adjust accordingly to do what is best for the public health and safety and provide updates at JadePresents.com and through its social channels.
Change is happening in real time, but the one thing that remains constant is Jade Presents’ commitment to present live entertainment. Thank you for your ongoing support of Jade Presents. We thank you for your flexibility, patience and support as we navigate these challenging times together. It is an honor and a privilege to be a part of your lives, and we appreciate the opportunity.

Dear Jade Presents Patrons,
The health and well-being of our patrons, staff and volunteers is a top priority for Jade Presents. We realize the recent news of the coronavirus (COVID-19) may have you thinking about attending upcoming events. We wanted to give you an update on Jade Presents activities at this time:
• Increasing hand sanitizer availablity throughout venues
• Implementing limited “touch” policies for handling tickets
• Utilizing hospital-grade disinfectant cleaner in all high touch areas (handrails, door handles, etc.)
• Sanitizing wipe-downs of counters during the course of service and bar areas
• Supporting our staff and volunteers to stay informed and stay home if they are or become ill
For your health and safety, we highly encourage you to stay home if you are experiencing cold or flu-like symptoms.
Currently, Jade Presents events are proceeding as planned. We continue to work with individual touring artists, and to monitor the situation with local and national health organizations. At this time, both the CDC and World Health Organization (WHO) have suggested caution related to events involving mass gatherings; with particular attention to events that feature international travelers from high impact areas, or which gather people from a wide range of locations.
Should recommendations change to include the intimate, local events such as those on sale right now, we will keep patrons informed via email, social media, and our website.
